We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on our fine jewelry designs, so you can put your mind at ease knowing that we are here if your Lita Sea Glass Jewelry needs servicing. We stand by our work and are here to support you.
Jewelry, and rings in particular are not only some of the most worn pieces of jewelry, but often take the brunt of the wear and tear throughout the years. We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.
Also, you can send your jewelry to us at any time for a free cleaning and inspection to ensure it is beautiful and in pristine shape. If you choose to have an inspection or cleaning please note that the services are free, however you will be responsible for shipping costs and any import charges for international orders.
Here is what’s included with our warranty along with the limitations:
•One-time complimentary custom ring sizing
*Please do not bring your ring to a local jeweler. Because your ring is made with sea glass it cannot be worked on following traditional methods.
We offer a free one-time ring sizing within 3 months of your purchase. *Rings with engraved bands or custom detail may be subject to a separate rework fee which will be discussed with you prior to the start of the work. This does not include the return insured shipping.
We are happy to re-size your ring at any time in the future for a minimal charge.
•Cleaning & Inspection
Your jewelry will come with cleaning and care instructions. If you feel that you need additional cleaning to your jewelry or would like it inspected please fill out our cleaning / inspection form.
•Repair
Wear and tear, such as surface scratches is normal for fine jewelry. In the event of a repair our jeweler will evaluate your piece and the repairs that are needed. e will provide details and costs with you before starting the service.

•Craftsmanship
Lita Sea Glass Jewelry stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of each
piece of jewelry we create. In the event that there is a repair that is needed
due to craftsmanship we will cover all costs associated with the repair. Please submit a repair form to get started.
•Normal wear and accident repair
Lita Sea Glass Jewelry will not cover damages due to normal wear or
accidents that may occur while wearing your jewelry. Surface scratches, dulling of the metal and mis-shaping of the metal/band can occur over time. However we are always here to help/fix/repair anything at any time, there will be a small fee associated with repairs that our outside of our warranty.
•Jewelry Maintenance
With every day wear it is normal that gold and other precious metals will
wear down with time. The crown on a diamond or the prongs on the setting will generally last from 5 – 10 years. We suggest having your ring cleaned regularly and
checked annually by a jeweler to maintain the quality and ensure the safety of your ring. Please note that cleaning and inspection services are fine to have done with another jewelry as long as they are not performing repairs or size adjustments to your ring. Repairs or size adjustments by another jeweler will void the warranty.
•Insurance
Lita Sea Glass Jewelry is not responsible for loss or disappearance of your jewelry, diamonds, gemstones or sea glass. We highly recommend that you insure your jewelry through an agency or your home owners insurance.
•Shipping Insurance
Once completed, your jewelry will be shipped to you fully insured with signature required for delivery through FedEx Express. Any loss or damages due to shipping must be reported to FedEx directly within 14 days to file a claim. In this event, we will be happy to help you in any way we can but please note that you will need to contact the carrier service to file a claim. Pictures of damaged goods or packaging must be reported by the recipient.
•Payment Options / Financing
We do not offer financing. However we are happy to extend a two part payment option for our rings. We also offer PayPal at check out with has a pay in 4 option that is set up directly through PayPal.
•Alterations
Production of your jewelry will begin as soon as the initial deposit is received. Therefore, once your initial payment or deposit is made, no further changes can be made to the design, sea glass piece(s), gemstone(s) or anything not previously
discussed and agreed upon in the initial contract or order.
•Rush Orders
We are happy to work with you if you need a ring quicker than the time frame offered. Please reach out to us by phone or email to inquire about a rush order. Please note that an additional charge of 20% of the order total will be applied for all rush orders. This will be required to be paid prior to the start of jewelry production. The timeframe/completion date will be
discussed and agreed upon and documented in the initial contract.
