If you choose to have an inspection or cleaning please note that the services are free, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and import charges for international orders. Use the drop-down menu above to select your desired services. You'll receive a message from our team within one business day from when your order is placed with instructions for how to send your jewelry to our studio. Please do not ship before receiving our email to ensure that you are meeting the required details for shipping.

INSPECTION: 

Inspections are required annually for rings that have prong settings. All of the sea glass is bezel set, however some designs have diamonds that have a prong setting. You may have another jeweler perform an inspection if you would like to do it locally. Fully bezel set designs do not require inspection unless you hear a clicking noise in the stone or have other concerns. 

Your ring will be inspected by our master jeweler, under our high-powered jeweler's microscope to check the prongs and security of the settings in the ring. Please allow 2 weeks from the time your jewelry arrives to our studio for the inspection or cleaning to be complete. We will email you details and pictures if necessary at that time. 

RHODIUM FINISH FOR WHITE GOLD:

All white gold jewelry has a Rhodium finish that is applied to the surface of the metal. Rhodium is what gives white gold a brighter white look. With out this finish white gold has a very soft yellow glow to the color. Over time rhodium can wear off and and appear dull. You can select re-apply rhodium finish. Re-applying the rhodium finish to your jewelry will bring back its bright white shine. Please note that rhodium finish is only offered for white gold jewelry. 

SHIPPING: 

Please note that $50 is added for shipping via FedEx express with insurance included and a signature required for delivery.  For international orders, the $50 acts as a deposit towards your shipping and an exact shipping quote will be emailed to you prior to shipping back your jewelry.
