We offer a free one time ring sizing within 3 months of your purchase (please note shipping/insurance charges will apply). We are happy to re-size your ring at any time in the future for a minimal charge. To submit a sizing request please submit the sizing and repair form.
*Please do not bring your ring to a local jeweler. Most jewelers will not work with glass. Traditional sizing methods that jewelers use cannot be followed when working with glass as the heat from the soldering torch will crack your glass and damage the integrity of the ring. Additionally if you choose to bring your ring to another jeweler this will void your warranty.

We offer 10k white gold, 10k yellow gold, 14k white gold, 14k yellow gold, and platinum.

The price of a made to order ring or custom ring is determined by many factors, including the size of the diamonds/gemstones in each design, the total gram weight of the metal, the type of metal used, the time involved in creating the design and the intricacy of the design. The price can greatly change due to the factors indicated above. To get an idea of pricing for a design you like you can use the drop down menus to make your selections inside the item listing. The price will change with your selections.

We do not offer financing. However we are happy to extend a two part payment option for our rings. We also offer PayPal at checkout which has a pay in 4 option that is set up directly through PayPal.

Here are a few of the most asked about sections of our warranty:

1. Sizing Lita Sea Glass Jewelry offers a complimentary one-time ring sizing with in 3 months of your purchase. Some sizing may be subject to a fee if the band has been engraved or has a custom designed detailed band. In this event we will discuss the options with you beforehand.

2. Cleaning Your jewelry will come with care instructions to help you upkeep your ring as best as possible. If you feel you need additional cleaning you can bring your ring into any local jeweler and have them professionally clean it. The sea glass is strong enough to withstand steam cleaning at the suggested standard temperature. If you feel that you need additional cleaning to your jewelry or would like it inspected please fill out our cleaning / inspection form.

3. Repair Wear and tear, such as surface scratches is normal for fine jewelry. In the event of a repair our jeweler will evaluate your piece and the repairs that are needed. e will provide details and costs with you before starting the service. Please submit a repair form to get started.

4. Maintenance With every day wear it is normal that gold and other precious metals will wear down with time. The crown on a diamond or the prongs on the setting will generally last from 5 – 10 years. We suggest having your ring cleaned regularly and checked annually by a jeweler to maintain the quality and ensure the safety of your ring. Please note that cleaning and inspection services are fine to have done with another jewelry as long as they are not performing repairs or size adjustments to your ring. Repairs or size adjustments by another jeweler will void the warranty.

Lita Sea Glass Jewelry is not responsible for loss or disappearance of your jewelry, diamonds, gemstones or sea glass. We highly recommend that you insure your jewelry through an agency or your homeowners insurance.

Depending on the style and the customizations you choose, the time frame from start to finish will vary. As always, please reach out to us and let us know the date that you need the ring by and we will accommodate you as best we can.

1. One-of-a-kind rings – We have a collection of one-of-a-kind rings in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If you need a ring right away please be sure to ask! Pre-made rings can be re-sized if needed and ready to ship with in 3-5 business days.

2. Made to order rings – Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 weeks for made to order ring styles.

3. Custom Rings - For a custom ring design where we're starting from scratch, our turnaround time is 5-8 weeks. This can greatly fluctuate depending on how quickly decisions can be made on your end about style, color, diamond/gemstone, ring size etc..

Yes! Check out our selection of one-of-a-kind rings These rings are pre-made and ready to ship. Rings can be re-sized if needed prior to shipping if needed. 

An engagement ring is the ring you propose with. It’s usually the main ring consisting of diamonds and or gemstones. A wedding ring or wedding band is a band that can be worn together with the engagement ring. Please keep in mind that there is no right or wrong way to do this. Some people like to wear the engagement ring without a wedding band, while others prefer to wear the band or multiple bands. It’s a pretty important piece of jewelry, so as long as the person who’s wearing it is happy that’s all that matters!

Yes we do! If you are interested in a wedding band, we suggest having it made with the engagement ring (if possible). Because of the unique nature of the sea glass, the shape and size of each ring will vary. It is important that the wedding band comfortably fit with the organic shape of the engagement ring. Absolutely! Although we prefer to design/create the engagement ring and wedding band together, we can absolutely help you at a later date. In some cases we may need to have you send the engagement ring back to us so we can customize the ring so the two will fit together. Please contact us for more details.

There is a certain criteria of ideal size, shape and thickness of the sea glass pertaining to each ring style. We are happy to work with you to see if your sea glass fits those standards. If it does, we are more then happy to accommodate using your glass. Please let us know you are interested in using your glass when inquiring about a ring.

Yes, we Rhodium plate all of the white gold rings we create as part of our standard process. Rhodium is a precious metal, that when applied to the surface of jewelry ( white gold in particular), provides a barrier that will help protect it from tarnish and scratches as well as add a bright white color tone. If you prefer the warmer softer looks of non-plated, please let us know and we will create your ring accordingly.

Yes- we ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders a shipping deposit charge will be applied to your order at check out. We will email you estimated shipping quote prior to shipping. Please note that this does not include the import tax. Import tax is a separate tax that varies depending on your country. This tax will be requested from your country prior to the delivery of your package.

Lita Sea Glass Jewelry is not responsible for import tax, tax duties or any other charge that may occur with shipping. Please note that is a separate charge by the country and is not included in the shipping quote we provide.

Lita Sea Glass Jewelry accepts exchanges on pre-made rings only. Re-creations, modifications and custom-designed rings will NOT be eligible for exchange or return. Unworn, undamaged pre-made rings may be exchanged within 30 days for another pre-made ring only. In the event that a pre-made ring is being exchanged for a custom designed ring, an additional customization charge will apply. Please note that all exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Lita Sea Glass Jewelry does not offer a refund or cancellation on any custom ring orders, orders for made to order rings, or pre-made rings that have been adjusted to a different size once the order has been placed. Once the order is placed or your contract is signed and deposit is placed (for custom projects) we will begin working on your ring.

Your ring will arrive in discreet package. The return address will be listed but the name will appear as L.S.G.J. to hide our name as best as possible. We can also ship your package to your office or another convenient location. Please let us know how we can help to ensure your Lita Sea Glass order remains a surprise!

Your ring will arrive in a deluxe wooden ring box with a plush ribbon. Information cards about the jewelry and sea glass will be included as well as cleaning care instructions.

Any jewelry shipped to Massachusetts will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax charge. This charge will be automatically calculated at check out.
