This terrific sea glass necklace features a piece of authentic beach found sea glass with a striking cobalt blue hue packed in an elegant round shape. It has been preserved in sterling silver with an open back design that allows light to shine through and highlight its colors. A sleek wave-like design softly flows around the bezel creating the feel of the ocean. There is a silver bead at the bottom of this piece. Due to its age, the surface of the sea glass has a few very tiny "c" shaped markings which form naturally as the surface of the sea glass is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. The necklace is pictured here on a sterling silver stardust-style chain.
