Polished by the waves into a gorgeous oval shape, the smooth edges of this sea glass piece has been skillfully preserved in sterling silver with an open-back design to allow light to shine through and accentuate its contrasting hues. A few tiny "c" shaped markings grace the surface of the sea glass which form naturally as its surface is hydrated by the ocean over time. These markings are a characteristic feature of authentic sea glass. It then rests at the center of a sleek sterling silver teardrop outline with three shimmering silver beads resting beneath it. This charming necklace is shown here finished with a sleek sterling silver stardust-style chain.
